  Adjective যখন অন্য ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর সঙ্গে তুলনা করে তখন তাকে Degree বলে। Grading এর সাপেক্ষে Adjective & Adverb দুই প্রকার ।  1. Gradible Adjectives & Adverbs  2. Non-gradible Adjectives & Adverbs শুধু Gradible Adjectives &Adverbs গুলোর   Degree হয়। Kinds of Degree :  1. Positive : সাধারণত যে Adjectives কোন ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর সঙ্গে তুলনা করা হয় না তাকে Positive  Degree বলে। মনে রাখতে হবে Adjective এর মূল form হলো Positive Degree.  2. Comparative Degree : যে Adjective দুই জন ব্যক্তি বা বস্তুর সঙ্গে তুলনা করা বুজায় তাকে Comparative Degree বলে।  এক্ষেত্রে  Adjective এর Comparative form  এবং  তার পরে than any other / than most other/ All other  Note:  যখন দুজন ব্যক্তির selection করা বুঝায় তখন comparative Degree এর পূর্বে The এবং পরে of বসে। 3. SSC and HSC Exam  ছাড়াও যে কোন ধরনের প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পরীক্ষার জন্য completing sentence বিষয়টি খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।  এ question এর শুধু উত্তর দিয়ে আসলে হবে না বরং প্রশ্ন তুলে তার সামনে উত্তর লিখে নিচে underline করে দেওয়া উচিত।   BCS, শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন, প্রাথমিক ও মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষক নিয়োগ ও ব্যাংক পরীক্ষায়ও এ বিষয়টি থেকে সবচেয়ে বেশি প্রশ্ন হয়। What is completing sentence?  A complete sentence must have a subject and a finite verb. A sentence with have main verb including ing will not be accepted a complete sentence. Even a sentence with its main verb in an infinitive form (to+verb)will not be a complete sentence.
